LEO/MIL TRAINING COURSES

This basic night vision course is designed

in great detail to provide a foundation for

the employment of night optical devices

and IR designators. This format will allow

the student to obtain a basic knowledge

and deployment of the equipment, tactical

considerations, limitations, establishing a

training regiment, policy and procedures

and understanding the use of night vision

devices for Law Enforcement.

Included in the course is a written exam to

test the students understanding of the

gear and safety, firearms qualification and

Threat ID pass fail scenarios.

This is not a night vision shooting course.

The skills learned will provide

understanding in the use of night vision

equipment for tactical teams. You will

learn how to stand up and establish a

professional program specifically

designed for Law Enforcement. We help

you build a defensible program.

Making entry inside a structure, no matter the mission, is high risk.  This basic CQC course is designed in to provide a foundation for SWAT teams to clear structures. These techniques are tried and true and are based on vast experience from SWAT and other Tactical personnel. Tactics range in a wide array of employment. The techniques taught in this course will provide a professional foundation to tactics whatever the environment.

Identifying predictable behavior is professional.  These tactics will provide the team the knowledge to accomplish their mission in the safest way possible.

This is not a run and gun shooting or Close Quarters Combat course. This is a course designed specifically for Law Enforcement to accomplish their mission of clearing a structure. This is a professional program that has been derived from lessons learned and built upon plank holders in the world of Close Quarters Clearance.

This basic Emergency Rescue course is designed to provide a foundation to Officers if faced with a downed Officer or citizen pinned by gunfire.  These tactics have been developed and utilized in successful rescues during extreme missions of downed and injured victims. 

Today’s threat has never been higher with the attack on law enforcement and innocent victims.  This class was designed for SWAT teams with the mission of emergency rescues.  Patrol Officers are encouraged to attend as the data has shown that the Patrol Officers in the field are usually the first to respond.

When seconds count Officers need to be equipped and trained to be able to accomplish their mission.  SRTAC believes that individuals don’t rise to the occasion but fall back to their training.  This course is truly designed to help save lives.  Taught by Experts in their field, to include highly trained tactical medics.

The Team Assessment is a customized

consultation of a teams capability and

structure. This is accomplished by

building a course based on the clients

objectives.

SRTAC believes in living outside the

comfort zone. If we’re too comfortable,

then we are not being challenged. When

SRTAC is briefed on the clients learning

objectives, SRTAC will provide expertise

in providing an assessment of the current

teams capabilities.

Team Assessments are a completely

customized course and require a

minimum of 4 hours and up to 2 full days.

Teams can utilize the assessment for

basic scenario training where Instructors

will provide feedback on current SOP’s

and move to an in depth review of

operational manuals, structure, leadership

selection, budget ect. Teams commonly

utilize this course as a truth check of

current capabilities and designing a path

forward for future training.
